This Privacy Policy describes how Philia (operated by World View Technologies, "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you use our services and applications.

- Payment data: transaction records and billing details processed by our payment partners (we do not store full card numbers; payment processing is handled by trusted providers such as Flutterwave).
- Device & usage data: device identifiers, IP addresses, logs, and aggregated analytics used to improve the product.
- Push tokens: mobile push tokens used to deliver notifications (for example, Expo push tokens).
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and maintain the service, process payments, and send notifications.
- To respond to user support requests and enforce our terms of service.
- To analyze and improve the product through aggregated analytics.
3. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:
- Payment processors (to complete transactions).
- Service providers (hosting, analytics, notifications) under contract requiring confidentiality.
- When required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We retain personal data as long as needed for the purposes described, or longer when required by law.

8. Third-Party Services
We rely on third-party services to provide core functionality. Examples include:
- Payment processing: Flutterwave (payment gateway and transaction processing).
- Push notifications: Expo Push Notifications.
- Object storage: Cloudflare R2 storage for user-uploaded assets (photos, attachments).
- Email delivery: Gmail SMTP/transactional email providers used to send account and transactional emails.
When we share data with these providers, we require them to protect the data and process it only for the purposes we specify. We can provide direct links to each provider's privacy policy on request.
9. Children
Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
